Emerald, a native of Dayton, Ohio, graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. She started her career as an internal auditor, becoming a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), where she specialized in making company's internal processes more efficient.  More recently, she has decided to educate the masses on how to live financially happier lives.  Since making the decision to leave corporate America in 2015, Emerald has passionately pursued her dream, and thus Emerald Sparks Ltd, was created, a personal and business finances consulting company.  The vision of Emerald Sparks Ltd, is to solve people misconceptions about money, specifically through budget planning, credit restoration, and financial planning, while helping business owners manage their cash flows, pay themselves a salary, and keep their profits. She has since authored an eBook entitled Vision. Future. Reality: How to Budget like a Boss, to help educate and illustrate the importance of vision budgeting and created a financial planner entitled Create Sparks: A Bossed Up Financial Planner to Maximize Your Income.

Emerald has 12 years of experience in financial services working with Fortune 500 companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Fifth Third Bank, and Northwestern Mutual.

 

As a Financial Strategist, she has transformed her client's bank accounts and debt balances through curated personalized financial strategies based on individual’s goals, obstacles, and habits, while preparing budgets, spending plans, and credit repair strategies.
